“We are delighted to receive a Platinum Level International TOC Excellence Award 2015 from the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization. Having a global, best-in-class supply chain organization is a key driver of our growth strategy and overall ambition of being a leading global FMCG player. We have been investing significantly over the last few years in improving our capabilities to become more agile. In line with this, we have integrated leading practices in demand driven supply chain, continuous replenishment and the Theory of Constraints, to make our company more responsive to continuously changing consumer demand patterns.
