Customizing an S&T Tree

The workshop is a business process, carefully structured to convey and provide companies the opportunity to design, evaluate and validate in depth a Viable Vision Strategy specific for their company.

Implementing a fundamental change geared to transform a company into EverFlourishing requires a real commitment towards this objective. The real commitment is only achieved by a deep understanding and a sincere
consensus among all the people leading the change for the organziation.

These are achieved through a knowledge transfer process that aims at comprehension and understanding of all relevant TOC solutions for the company, and the detailed analysis of the Startegy & Tactics Logical Tree that is
specifically tailored to the compay.

The tree will represent all of the complete elements of Strategy & Tactics as a route map, and through its sound logic, establishes the connection to the desired objective of Viable Vision, to transform into an EverFlourishing
Company, down to the detailes steps of functional implementation.



* Before the workshop the company is required to share specific information to describe the relevant processes and performance as part of the preparation phase.


Introduction and Analysis with Dr. Eli Goldratt and Goldratt Consulting Expert Team

First Day

In this session, Dr. Goldratt and the Goldratt Consulting Experts Team conduct the analysis of the company, it’s business processes, establishing the strategic direction to bring the company to be EverFlourishing.

Dr. Goldratt and tthe Goldratt Consulting Experts Team define and share the fundamental principles required to achieve the result, following with the relevant logistical solutions required to implement the strategy, and the obstacles, negative effects that should be considered for resolution.

Finally the standard Strategy & Tactics Tree to be used as a base to build the specific tree for the company is established.

Knowledge Transfer and S&T Tree Validation

Duration: 5 days

The company works with the assigned Lead Goldratt Consulting Expert accompanied by the other Team Experts, to bring in the expertise in all the relevant functional areas.

The work encompases the review of each one of the existing assumptions in the company’s reality and presented in the standard S&T Tree. This process is complemented with the specific knowlege on the fundamentals and relevant
TOC solutions required for the functional areas of the company.

The end result is that all the required assumptions, which define the specific actions that are derived from the strategy and tactics, have been validated and confirmed to be appropriate for the company. All the knowledge is compiled and organized in the S&T Tree customized for the company, encompasing clarity and consensus from the highest level objective of the company to the focus areas in each of the required functions and the necessary actions to generate substantial improvement in the performance and the final new processes and mode of operations.

Closing and Quality Control with Dr. Eli Goldratt and The Team of GC Experts

Last Day

The final day of sessions, Dr. Eli Goldratt and the GC Team of Experts make one last review of the work conducted and completed to ensure proper quality and adjustment to the company.

The company and it’s management participating in the process will receive as a result from this work:
  1. Understanding of what is required to change in the reality of the company, to make it EverFlourishing .
  2. Know and understand the detailed logic that helps validate each of the actions proposed.
  3. Know and learn the basic details of the relevant TOC solutions for a successful implementation and the generation of significant resultsin the short term.
  4. Receive the specific S&T Tree for their company, to be the tool for communication, synchronization and the implementation guide, as it is the road map for the execution of the startegy (the tree is delivered translated to spanish when required).
  5. The team of executives participating in the sessions generate and consolidate the required consensus to embark on a cultural change of this magnitude, based on the implementation of TOC.
  6. The executives and the company are prepared to review in detail with the rest of the organization the proposed strategy and decide on an implementation supported by GC.
